Travel assistance
For optimal service, please abide by all the conditions for accessing the assistance service:
- Arrive at the station’s Disabled Passenger Assistance meeting point at least 30 minutes before your train departs
- Make sure that you have a valid ticket for the journey and date of your requested assistance
- You may only bring one piece of luggage, weighing a maximum of 15kg. The weight of the luggage may be checked by station staff
- The size limit for a wheelchair is 700mm wide, 1200mm long and 1500mm turning circle. Weight limit (including occupant and luggage): 300kg (electric), 200kg (manual)
