You wish to book a station assistance service

You can request assistance as early as 90 days before the date of your trip and up to 24 hours before the departure of your Train. Don't forget that to travel, you must be in possession of a valid ticket. Booking assistance does not exempt you from buying a Train ticket. To benefit from assistance, you must be in possession of a valid ticket. This form does not allow you to purchase a ticket.

Terms of use of the service

To make use of the assistance service at stations, you must respect the following conditions:

Arrive 30 minutes early

Arrive at the Disabled Passenger Assistance meeting point at least 30 minutes* before the train departure. *60 minutes before departure for Eurostar London travel.

Valid ticket

Have a valid ticket for the journey and date of the requested assistance.

A single* piece of luggage, maximum 15kg, can be carried for you

The luggage weight may be checked by station staff. You may have other luggage but this will not be carried by the assistance staff. *2 pieces of luggage, maximum weight of 15kg each, for Eurostar London travel.

Wheelchair

For wheelchairs, the size must not exceed 70cm width, 120cm length and 150cm turning circle. Weight limit (including occupant and luggage): 300kg for an electric wheelchair, 200kg for a manual wheelchair.

We strongly advise you to book your station assistance service as early as 90 days before the date of your journey, or as soon as you plan your trip if you have a season ticket, and no later than 24 hours before departure. You're guaranteed assistance on the Train you want. Without reservation, you'll be taken to the Train you want whenever possible.

Contact Assist'enGare for the deaf and hard-of-hearing

Rogervoice is the relay service we use for the deaf and hard-of-hearing to chat with our Assist’enGare advisors through a translation operator. 
This service is available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 9pm (excluding public holidays) in French Sign Language, Cued French Language and Real Time Speech Transcription, and 24/7 as Text Transcription.
