To book, modify or cancel an assistance service
Refer to the Assist'enGare service for all information about the assistance service at stations for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility
You can book your Accès Plus services by contacting them no later than 48 hours before your travel, available every day 7am to 10pm:
- By phone: 0 890 640 650 (€0.12 per minute + call rate) or on 3635 then say "Accès Plus" (€0.40 for the 1st minute and then €0.12 per minute after that from a landline)
