Travel assistance
This service is free of charge at Paris Lyon station and cannot be booked in advance as it is an occupational integration programme rather than a classic service.
The porters are present during the day Monday to Saturday, at the various station entrances or wandering through. They can be identified by their bibs and trolleys.
