Have you lost something? Click here or contact one of our lost and found offices in stations to report your loss. This online service is available 24/7.

A €5 or €10 restitution fee is charged when you pick up an item found at a station.

Lost property will be stored for 1 month. Beyond this time they will be handed over to the Administration des Domaines (DNID)  or donated to a non-profit organisation or destroyed.
