INOUI Self-service Space

1. Location: The INOUI Self-service Space is in the station concourse. It is near the south forecourt entrance (1st door on your left after  the automatic doors). The space is adjacent to the disabled passenger assistance. 
2. Service information - The INOUI Self-service Space (formerly called the "Salon Grand Voyageur"), now contains a lounge space. This will soon become your new comfort space.

This is a premium space, ideal for relaxing or working, offering the following services:

• A selection of free newspapers and magazines
• A selection of digital newspapers and magazines accessible via the lounge’s WiFi
• A water fountain
• A clean'box (hand sanitiser dispenser)
• Universal charger for mobile phones
• A TV screen showing the channel France 24
• Desks and photocopiers available
• An information and train ticket exchange point
• Information about what is new with SNCF and about the Voyageur loyalty programme

To enter this space, passengers must have a valid ticket for that day: 

• your Business Première ticket
• your ticket on the Liberté Première tariff
• your ticket on the Fréquence Première tariff
• your Première pass
• your military tariff or similar with a Business Première ticket for that day
• your Grand Voyageur Plus loyalty card
• your Grand Voyageur Le Club loyalty card
