Disabled drop-off point

1. Access to bus station: The entrance is on Rue de Fontaine de Banquière. The specific gates for the bus station are in the centre of the street. 

   2. Entry conditions: Vehicles picking up disabled or reduced mobility passengers must be authorised to enter the bus station (gate on the left uses a registration plate reader). If this is not the case you can contact Effia (car park management) using the interphone or service number. 

   3. Location: At the bottom of the escalator and stairs and exclusively for disabled use. 

   4. Entrance to station concourse: From the disabled drop-off point, go along the building and you will find the lift behind the escalators on your right. The lift is indicated by a rigid flag attached to the building.
