Thanks to self-service terminals, you can pick up your tickets even at the last minute.
You can also collect, exchange or cancel tickets purchased over the Internet, by telephone or in SNCF-approved travel agencies, using the bank card you used to purchase them, or buy or renew your discount card or season ticket.
Available in French, English, Italian, German, Spanish and Dutch, the kiosks are accessible to a wide audience.
